Wine has been a part of our civilization for thousands of years. It has been refined, cultivated and enjoyed by all. Now you can taste and learn it origins, styles, meanings, types, and traditions with our Wine Experience Series. Wine Specialist Elliot Brause leads the series with his background in wine sales and education. Brause was born in New Haven, educated in law but brought into the family liquor store business. Besides holding a wines series lecture at Yale University, Brause was chosen as the wine lecturer on the Queen Mary 2 during its second cruise.
